1950 Chevrolet Styleline Deluxe- SOLD!!!

Now this is what you call a classic! This 1950 Chevrolet Styleline Deluxe is the epitome of the era, with its curvaceous body, big chrome
bumpers, sun visor, and abounding trim. It is a total flashback to the era of poodle skirts and drive-in theaters.
This 69,000-mile example has been well cared for and is remarkably solid throughout. The frame and body are both exceptionally straight and
void of any significant rust. The floor pans and trunk are all in wonderful condition, and the car does not exhibit any major trauma from
its 60+ years. The chrome and trim are all in fantastic condition with newly plated bumpers and guards, though the paint shows its
age.
The interior has been redone and looks amazing. The seat covers, door panels, carpet, and headliner are all in outstanding condition. The
dashboard paint and interior trim are truly amazing. It really is nice inside! The windows all roll up and down smoothly too.
The car is in excellent mechanical condition. It appears to retain its original "Blue Flame" inline 6 engine. It has been recently rebuilt;
it starts and runs perfectly. The transmission is the venerable 3-on-the-tree. The clutch is smooth and every gear shifts smooth. Brakes and
suspension are as expected for a car of this era. There is a working emergency brake too.
This gem retains its 6V electrical system. The starting system has the dash mounted pushbutton, and the original throttle knob is still in
place and functional. All factory gauges are operational, as are the turn signals and vacuum wipers. Headlights and ventilation all work
too. So do the horn, backup lights, and cigarette lighter. Only the clock is non-functional.
Note this car's title calls out the easily-seen engine stamping as its VIN, as was the case with many old cars. This can be an issue on other
cars that have had their engine replaced, but is not a problem here!
It is a whole different experience driving a car like this. It really immerses you in the aura of the 50's and does so in a beautiful and
