If you are serious about a C6 convertible, then do NOT let this one slip away. It is in
remarkable condition and feels like a new car, right down to the smell. This 2005 model has
been meticulously cared for by it's one and only owner, who has owned Corvettes continuously
for the last 40 years. It has been garage kept and perfectly maintained, and has never seen
a race track or other abuse in its 41k miles. The Autocheck report is spotless; nothing but
registration renewals.
This Corvette looks amazing with its Victory Red exterior and perfect black top. The
polished aluminum wheels with Goodyear Eagle tires really complete the package. The Ebony
Leather interior looks, feels, and smells like that of a new car.
Of course, the business side of any C6 is the amazing 6.0L LS2 motor. It has obvious power
(400HP and 400 ft-lbs), yet it idles quitely and is rated 26 mpg highway. This example has
the 4-speed automatic transmission as well; you will not find a more practical, easy to
drive car with this level of performance.
This convertible is equipped with a power top that is mesmerizing to watch. It has all the
standard Corvette goodies, such as dual climate control, HID Xenon headlights, driver
information center, and 6-way power seats. It is nicely optioned as well with the 1SB
package, which incorporates a head up display, HomeLink transmitter, memory package, auto
dimming mirror, heated seats, power telescoping steering wheel, and premium Bose stereo
with 6-disc in-dash CD/MP3 changer. In addition, it is XM ready and is OnStar equipped.
I cannot stress enough the EXCEPTIONAL condition of this car. I have the original sales
receipt and window sticker as well (which totals $59,510). It runs as good as it looks,
and I am including a full 3-month / 3k mile warranty to back it up.
